A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! SOHRYU ASUKA LANGLEY, designated pilot of EVA-02, sits on stone steps decked out in the trendy “Goth/Loli” Tokyo fashion rage as this new Crimson Red dress statue! Measuring approximately 8″ tall (seated), this pvc statue expertly captures the pluck and spunk of Neon Genesis Evangelion’s “Second Child”.

Skillfully sculpted for Naoki Nishimura, the highest care has been taken to not only create beautiful renditions of the EVA girls, but also to authentically replicate the intricate lace and ribbons style of the Goth/Loli world.

A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! Following after Rei Ayanami in maid’s uniform comes a matching ASUKA LANGLEY in her all-new look! Neon Genesis Evangleion heats up in 2009 with the release of the new anime feature film.

Asuka Langley Soryu, the Second Child and pilot of Evangelion Unit 02, stands balanced on one leg as she serves a tray of tea and cake. Like Rei before her, Asuka has an intricately sculpted maid’s uniform with detailed layers, fringes, and ruffles. The costume is a deep red, Asuka’s signature color. She is posed looking over her shoulder as she a piece of chocolate cake, while her long hair cascades down her back. The feisty heroine stands 9 ½ inches tall (1/7 scale), atop a special display base for her and Rei. Sculpted by Syou Kojima, Asuka is constructed of pvc and abs plastics and comes packaged in an attractive window box.

A special yellow dress edition has been made exclusively for the Kotobukiya Hobby Shop in Japan, but a limited number will be available to fans in the international collecting community!

A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! The mysterious and alluring REI is captured in her white plug suit, while perched on a statue of the EVA-00 prototype. Over 8 inches tall, this large 1/6th scale pvc statue is luxuriously detailed, and the tips of Rei’s hair are cast in translucent material, permitting light to shine through, as well as reflecting her frail characteristics.
